Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and A.B. DIGITAL HORIZON SYNDICATE LIMITED, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 451879, with registered office at Archiepiskopou Makariou III, 95, CHARITINI BUILDING, Floor 1, Flat 102, 1071 Nicosia, Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “the Company”).

They govern the Chrome extension TT Stats and the website https://ttstats.app (together, the “Service”). By installing the extension, creating an account, or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is an analytics overlay. While you browse public Search, hashtag, Explore, and profile-grid pages on tiktok.com, the extension reads metrics already rendered in your browser (views, likes, comments, shares, saves, timestamps) and can display derived figures such as engagement rate, page-median multiples, views/day, and a results summary. Optional tools include sorting, a custom views-range filter, auto-scroll of the visible grid, and CSV export of the visible selection.

Calculations run locally. The extension does not log into TikTok, does not read TikTok cookies or credentials, and does not send video or profile-feed content to our servers.

2. Independent product — not TikTok

The Service is independent software. It is not affiliated with, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok Inc., ByteDance Ltd., Google LLC, or any of their affiliates. TikTok and related marks belong to their owners. We do not provide TikTok Studio, ads manager, Shop, or Live analytics, and we do not access private TikTok account data.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your country, to create an account or buy Pro.
• You may sign in with email or Google OAuth. Provide accurate details and keep credentials safe.
• We issue a personal, non-transferable licence token (ECDSA P-256) that the extension verifies offline. Do not share, sell, or forge tokens.

4. Free and Pro licences

Installing the extension is free. Free mode shows public counts from the page and a limited preview of Pro metrics. A Pro licence unlocks the features listed on the pricing page for the paid period.

A licence is for your own professional or personal use of the overlay. It is not a resale right, not a data feed, and not permission to redistribute our code or branding.

5. Payments — Paddle is Merchant of Record

Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”) as Merchant of Record. The purchase contract for the payment is between you and Paddle and is governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Paddle collects the price, applicable tax, and issues the invoice. We never receive or store your full payment-card number.

• Prices are shown in USD on Pricing. Tax is calculated at Paddle checkout.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel in the Paddle portal or at paddle.net; access continues until the period ends.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful analytics of publicly displayed pages. You agree not to:

• Forge, share, or reverse-engineer licence tokens
• Attack, scrape at scale against, or overload our website or APIs
• Use the Service to increase, fake, or sell TikTok engagement (views, likes, followers, comments)
• Attempt to access private TikTok data, credentials, messages, or non-public APIs
• Resell, lease, or white-label the extension without our written consent
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law

You remain responsible for complying with TikTok’s terms for your own use of tiktok.com. The overlay does not grant rights in TikTok’s platform.

7. Analytics are estimates

Derived metrics are estimates from publicly visible numbers, for information only. They are not financial, legal, or investment advice, and they may differ from TikTok Studio. TikTok may change its page structure; we do not warrant uninterrupted overlay accuracy.

8. Intellectual property

The extension, website, overlay styling, and our code remain our property (and that of our licensors). We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as described in these Terms for the term of your plan. These Terms do not transfer TikTok’s intellectual property to you or to us.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR FROM CHANGES TO TIKTOK’S PLATFORM. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF YOU NEVER PAID, FIFTY US DOLLARS).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account and invalidate licence tokens if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel a paid plan as described in section 5. Sections that by nature should survive (including 7–10 and 12) survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after the update is acceptance, except where the law requires extra notice.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Nicosia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a consumer claim in your country of residence where that right cannot be waived. Payment disputes with Paddle follow Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
