Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid licences of TT Stats (“Pro”) sold by A.B. DIGITAL HORIZON SYNDICATE LIMITED (HE 451879) through Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. The free Chrome extension does not involve a payment and is not covered here.

Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply. Where local consumer law grants you a stronger right, that right wins.

1. Digital product

Pro is digital software delivered immediately: a cryptographic licence that unlocks features in the Chrome extension. There is no physical goods return.

2. 14-day money-back (our promise)

If you are not satisfied with Pro, request a refund within 14 days of your first paid transaction (the first charge on a subscription, or the charge that ends a free trial). We will instruct Paddle to refund that payment in full. Access to Pro ends when the refund is issued.

This promise does not apply to later renewal charges, except where the law says otherwise (for example, UK consumers on an annual plan have a fresh 14-day withdrawal window at auto-renewal).

3. Statutory withdrawal (EU / EEA / UK and similar)

Consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right to withdraw from some digital-content and digital-service contracts. Other countries grant 5–7 day cancellation rights. Paddle honours the applicable statutory period. See Paddle’s policy for the country list.

For digital content that starts immediately, the law may let us ask you to waive withdrawal. If you see that waiver at Paddle checkout and accept it, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply. Our 14-day money-back promise in section 2 still applies to the first charge.

4. How to request a refund or cancel

• Refund or withdrawal: use the link in your Paddle receipt, open the Paddle customer portal, or submit a request at paddle.net. You may also email support@ttstats.app with the email used at checkout. Eligible refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of approval.
• Cancel a subscription: Paddle customer portal → Cancel subscription, or paddle.net. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancellation is not by itself a refund.

5. Defects

If Pro is not as described or a material defect stops you using the features listed on Pricing, email support@ttstats.app first. If we cannot fix it, contact Paddle. A proven material defect is refunded under consumer law, independent of the 14-day window.

6. What we will not refund

• Renewal charges after the first-charge window, except where required by law
• Requests showing fraud, abuse, or chargeback manipulation
• The free extension (there is no charge)

7. Chargebacks

Ask us or Paddle before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback may suspend the licence while it is reviewed. This does not remove your lawful right to dispute a payment.
